Rivals Ruman and Drissi have patched things up since a disputed incident in 2015 at Mid-Ohio.
# 98 Pole-sitter Ernie Francis Jr Mustang led until a broken rear suspension on lap 20 ended his race. Another front-runner # 20 Chris Dyson Mustang also dropped out.
# 96, Adrian Wlostowski nursed a backup C6 Corvette to claim 2nd in SGT. Rushed from NYC by his valiant F.A.S.T. crew. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ar2TfzdU88A&feature=youtu.be His Mustang engine exploded beyond repair caused by broken harmonic balancer.
