Amy Ruman is now tied at 4th in the standings after Road America

In a duel between friendly rivals from east Ohio, # 23 Amy Ruman Corvette hounded # 57 David Pintaric Mustang, both winding up side-by-side in the gravel trap at turn 1.  Oil on the track brought out the black flag and a full course yellow for major cleanup.

While Ruman was able to continue, Pintaric needed a tow.  

Ruman gained 11 points in the contretemps, tying Pintaric in the standings with four races left on the calendar.

A leading trio of # 99 Justin Marks in his potent TA Camaro outran perennial favorites Chris Dyson & Matt Brabham in their GYM WEED Mustangs.

The Trackhouse team of Justin Marks has stormed NASCAR, winning the last two Cup races in Next-Gen 7 Camaros with Ross Chastain at Nashville and with Aussie ringer Shane Von Gisbergen on the Chicago Street Course in front of a record TV audience.

Randy Hale from Old Saybrook CT did not make the start in his ex-Team Whelen #31 Grand-Am C6 XGT Corvette.
