  • Parties must be registered in advance.  

  • Your name will be listed at registration.   We will confirm we have received payment.    Very helpful to please arrive by 10 am sharp.

  • Payment online is preferred by credit card or PayPal.  

  • To pick up tickets, park your vehicle in the Media lot and walk to the Press/Media trailer.  

  • Walk -ins are welcome before 10 am on Nov 12.  Admittance to the Remembrance, car space for the Display and Reception are subject to availability of space and provisions.

  • We cannot honor cancellations after Friday Nov 6.
